I am having problem from last 3 years from chronic cough after eating food or drinking water and chest pain ,burfing,kindly guide what to do..I am worried

Actually I don't have baby planning for a baby and I got 3 abortions in 3 yrs so I have High pressure and thyroid and also having fibroids also ... For one month I am unable to eat eggs or any hard foods i will eat means its like... it will be in throat ....it's like something stuck in throat like that...so suggest me any tablets for the relief i want permanent relief and taking pressure tablets labebet 100 and nicardia 10 mg and now not taking thyroid tablets so suggest me the tablets for the permenant cure the problem... And  something stuck like things means light cough should be there ...

Hi, I've been having indigestion for few days n I vomit after every meal, I have tried, more biotic, pontowok dsr, ecozyme tablets and sucratas-0 syrup. Felt better but vomited again. Can you help me get relieved from this pls.

71 yr, Usg abdomen shows enlarged spleen with splenculus of 21*16 mm near hilum. (6 months back spleen was 11.8 cm.) Early cirrhosis, normal size liver, altered liver echo texture. Hb 10, normal rbc, WBC, platelet. Low mcv, mch. Query is what is splenculus? Is it worrisome? What medical intervention needed for spleen issue? Dr. said nothing to b done.. Thnks 🙏

After dengu fever complete treatment Fever has completely gone, but headache still persist, after discharged from hospital doctor gave paracetamol 650 mg (take only in fever) Cefixime 200 mg Vitamin B complex URSODEOXYCOL ACID 150 MG But fever never came after discharge, so we didn't take paracetamol 650 mg , Should it necessary to take paracetamol 650mg for headache without any fever? Is paracetamol 650mg or dolo 650 mg same tablet? Can I use paracetamol 650mg for headache without fever? Please give me best advice/medicine for headache ? Acidity too persist

Hello everyone, Ten years ago, my mother experienced painless bleeding during bowel movement. It happened only once, with bright red blood in the stool, and then stopped completely without any medication. However, about a month ago, the same issue occurred again. This time, it happened for two consecutive days. There was no pain, but she did experience itching in the rectal area. We consulted a general physician, who prescribed Clavam 625. She took it for three days, and the symptoms resolved. Today, she again noticed blood in her stool. She does not have any underlying medical conditions except for thyroid issues, which are well controlled. She does not take any other medications. According to her, her bowel movements are regular, and the blood appears after passing stool and is bright red in color. We are mildly worried. Could you please suggest what steps we should take next? Thank you.

I have fatty liver grade 2 as per my latest USG but fibroscan value is 7.3/333 i getting too much burping and it feels like food is moving every time. All my other blood tests are normal.just what to know if it is due to liver, if so what next, also how feasible is for me to take new GLP medicines

Iam having bloating, right upper quadrant stomach pain and numbness and stretching feeling after food from last month. Took antacid tablet named rablet for 15 days but not showing lmproment. Some doctors have advised that Pan-40 should be taken before meals and Pan-D after meals. I wanted to clarify: if I am prescribed Pan-D and forget to take it before food, can I take it after meals instead?
