Hi my brother has been infected with Hep A infection and his fever is not subsiding even though other symptoms have gradually subsided. Pls guide in this case?

I have done endoscopy which found that I have corpus gastritis and h pylori positive? Is this a serious issue? My symptoms are serious and suffering from last 7-8 months. And I'm really very worried and anxious about my health. Please help me.

My bilirubin level is not getting reduced. The level is 2.82 and AST (SGOT) / ALT (SGPT) RATIO (DERITES) is 1.2 and ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE is 34.30 .direct bilirubin 0.50 and indirect 2.32.

I am 23 years old, recently I have been diagnosed with mild fatty liver and gallstones. The usg report tells - "GALL BLADDER::Distended. Wall is thickened 4 mm, containing multiple fine calculi with posterior acoustic shadow. Large calculus of 2 mm". I have no symptoms like pain or anything, but (only in summer) I experience gas pain only in a 6-7 months gap, not continuously. Is cholecystectomy the only option I have now currently? If not please help me with other options

From past 3 4 days I am noticing yellow mucus like thing in my stool, no pain or weight loss or blood in stool. Also stool is not runny, it is little bit loose, and i feel like going to washroom 3 4 times a day, earlier before this only going 2 times a day.
