No amount of medication is eliminating the tapeworm inside me and I have run out of money. I give up.

I have been prescribed Rcifax 550 Sompraz D for Stomach infection which happened dur to outside food I had Been also prescribed Bilasure M for cough. I have also been down with cold and cough while on Rcifax and Sompraz D and Darolac . It's my day 3 of antibiotics. I am on 5 day course, twice daily I feel occasional watery stools and a little gas and stomach ache once in a while. is this normal? are these side effects of medicine?

I am female 61 years .i have cholesterol sugar thyroid bp problems.my liver enzymes also increased. Ggtp 186.4 FIB 4 INDEX 3.831 Sgot 126.1 Sgpt 90.7 Should i take medicine for fatty liver ? Regards Sushmita mohindru

Last week  I had  chakli  snacks items , but after eating these snacks items ,I felt it came till my throat ,, after that I felt mild spin  when I close my eyes , when I keep eyes open I didn't feel spin ,,, After taking pan 40 tablets , head spin reduced Then next two three days I feel so sleepy , at the same time ,I feel gas blocked in throat. This sleepiness will be there for one week , and after that this will become normal , ( but hunger, digestion , everything happens properly) During this time, my burp sound also becomes different What is the reason behind this Why Mild Head spin happens only when I feel food till throat? Why after this 4 to. 5 days I feel very sleepy? Then it becomes normal ??? Had vertigo test with ent doctor , doctor I don't have vertigo problem... Solution: Can it be related to food intolerance? Or any irritation in stomach Plz give some solution , how to take care of this

Hello Doctor, I have had early-morning allergic sneezing and runny nose since childhood. For the past few years, I experience post-nasal drip and thick mucus in my throat as soon as I wake up, and I need to cough to clear it. When I take a deep forced exhale, I feel a mild vibration/flutter near my throat/vocal cords. My mucus worsens after lunch/dinner, especially in the evening and at night, along with burping and indigestion. Sometimes I hear a slight wheeze only during long deep exhalation, but I do not have breathlessness at rest. I take Levocetirizine or Montelukast occasionally. Could this be due to post-nasal drip + silent acid reflux (LPR) irritating the throat/airway, or early mild asthma triggered by allergy/reflux? Before I consult in person, can you please suggest a medicine or treatment that I can try at home for 7–10 days to see if symptoms improve? Thank you.

I underwent Fissurectomy, Hemorrhoidectomy, Sphincterotomy, High-end Fistulectomy, and I&D of a perianal abscess on October 28 last year. For the past 6 months, during my recovery, I’ve been experiencing a sensation that gas is not passing sufficiently through my rectum, which causes significant discomfort.   1.My endoscopy and colonoscopy results are normal, and I have tried itopride,acotiode,cintriapride and various drugs prescribed from leading gastroenterologist in Kolkata including Dr Ashokananda Konar, Dr U.C. Ghosal Sir. 2. Recently I have found type 3 dyssynergia with abnormal balloon test in anorectal manometry 3. I have been hearing growling sound from stomach and feeling gas all time even I eat or not left lower abdomen quardex.4. I have the cyst in right kidney. Urologist has told that there is no problem since it's not increasing much. Will it be considered as a problem and I am little bit desparate and all the test are normal. want to find out the root cause?

I always have throat irritation,white tongue. And when I visited ENT and Dentistst they checked thoroughly and ruled out any throat and oral issue but ent asked me to do upper gi endoscopy and came with lax cardia (Weak lower esophageal sphincter) and antral gastritis (I did hpylori stool antigen test for this and it came negative).is there anyway to fix lower esophageal sphincter. I think it's causing all these issues.
