I have been diagnosed with Esophagatis Grade D with hiatal hernia of 4 cm after endoscopy and biopsy revealed H Pylori infection. I have been put on a medicine course with 2000mg per day Amoxicillin plus Vonefi and Sucrafil. I have been advised to get fundoplication surgery done. I have 2 questions: Is surgery necessary? Is it okay to take Vibact Probiotic in the middle of the day to counter the heavy antibiotics dosage?

I have been experiencing a persistent dull discomfort on the left side of my upper abdomen, just below the ribs, since around early September. The pain is not sharp, but feels like a constant pressure or heaviness, as if something is inside on that side. The discomfort becomes more noticeable when I sit for a long time, bend forward, or stay in one posture. Doctor suspected Costochondritis and Gilbert’s syndrome. Investigations: • USG Abdomen: Liver mildly enlarged (15.3 cm); early fatty change in pancreas • LFT: SGOT 21.8, SGPT 23.1 (normal) • Bilirubin: Total 2.1 (Direct 0.37, Indirect 1.73) • Amylase/Lipase: Normal • Lipid Profile: TC 182, LDL 116.9 (mild ↑), HDL 45 • TSH: 5.89 (mild ↑) • Vitamin D: 19 ng/ml (low) • HbA1c: 4.9% • Kidney, CBC, Urine: Normal Alcohol: Occasional(monthly now once/twice or even no) Smoking: occasional Current meds: Shelcal HD, Lumia 60K, Evion Suggest what more to do now and what it might be?

Can this test done while taking ppi or h2 blocker and probiotics It suppresses H. pylori activity, not by killing it, but by making it dormant So even if the bacteria is still there, it may not produce enough urease → breath test reads negative.

I had small perianal abcess two times once in jan and once in Feb ,both time it cleared with just antibiotics within 3-4 days ,and now I don't have any issues since 10 months.did it not turn into a fistula,i didn't have any drainage done on my abcess it drained on its own both times ?

I have been experiencing constipation on and off since 2021 and usually pass stools once every 3 days. I did not take it seriously earlier which is my blunder mistake . A few days ago, I noticed blood in my stool on two occasions. The first time it was bright red and mixed with stool, and the second time there was less blood. I do not have other symptoms like abdominal pain or loose motions. This has made me anxious and worried about serious causes such as colon cancer. I would like to know the possible reasons, how to distinguish them, and what tests may be needed. Please also advise on managing chronic constipation.

Just did ultrasound for abdomen n pelvis it showed liver normal size but mildly altered echo texture and lft is normal previously I was daigonised with chronic liver disease

I have suffering from lower abdominal pain and constipation. My MD doctor has suggested me to a gastro doctor. The pain started since Oct but didn't have constipation that time but now i am starting to have constipation and I have consulted urologist and gynaecologist but the medicine's are not helping me. My MD doctor I must be suffering from IBS-C . Can you help me find out the problem and if it's IBS-C . Please help me out with some medicines for the pain and constipation ? And diet plan or foods to avoid.

I have an anal skin tag since a few years but over the last 3 days it's become painful when I sit and also itchy does this require surgery ? There is no blood in stools or otherwise just painful and itching
