Epigastric chest tightness
For the last one  month , I have been taking deflacort 3 mg per day for inflammatory pain , i am feeling sharp and tightness pain at most bottom of mid chest, pain radiates to right side , feeling constipated, taking sompraz 40, pain feels more  when empty stomach

Hi, your pain could be due to gastritis or gall bladder stones. Avoid oily spicy food. Take syp mucaine gel 2 tsf 3 times a day . Continue with your tab sompraz.  Do not worry.

Hi. Your symptoms could be related to gastritis / gall bladder infection/ stones. A full thorough history including onset , duration, aggravating and relieving factors, associated symptoms like vomiting, fever, palpitations, breathing difficulty etc would be useful.

avoid spicy food, avoid high fatty foods. Can add sucralfate O syp 10 ml tds and see if it helps. avoid prolonged fasting, do not lie down immediately after food intake, atleast 2 hrs upright position after food intake.
