I have too much pain in the upper abdomen going towards the back and causing me lot of discomfort and sufferance from past two weeks. I am having severe GERD with esophagitis grade B and fatty liver also. I also have hiatus hernia. I am a Bariatric patient done with sleeve gastrectomy and bcoz of my GERD condition where in manometry I have also got motility issue doctor suggested me to go for roux en y gastric bypass as there is no other option for me as PPI stopped working on me long back. But suddenly from past two weeks stomach is very badly paining and the pain is radiating to the back. Getting stool which is not going easily from the WC. Yesterday I did USG as suggested by the doctor and it has been found that I have infiltration of the pancreas and the tail of the pancreas is obscured with bowel gas so not visualised. Doctor please suggest if I need to do anything as stomach is hurting badly.

I am having sgot 52.9 sgpt 71.2 and ggt 78.9 recommend me the treatment for this. Its high since june and i am having fatty liver grade 3. How to lower these values. C reactive protien is 10.24. Need suggestion report attached

I've been experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms for over 40 plus days. summary:I pass stool 2-3 times a day, with the initial 1-2 pieces being hard and having blood on the sides, followed by soft stool. I've consulted two doctors, and they suggested it might be due to intestinal inflammation- I took prescribed medicines and antibiotic injections, which initially reduced the bleeding- My last doctor recommended increasing fiber intake, eating papaya, and drinking more water, and said my CBC and ultrasound reports were normal.(Report attached) Despite following the advice, I'm still experiencing-Blood in my stool- Discomfort on my right side (below chest and abdomen)- I lost my weight also 6-7kgs Given that my Cbc & ultrasound reports are normal, I'd like to understand: - Why am I still seeing blood in my stool? - What could be causing the discomfort on my right side? I've been following a healthy diet and lifestyle.so I'm concerned about the persistent symptoms.

Hi, I was hpylori positive back in nov. My doc gave me triple therapy with amoxicillin, clarthromycin and omprazole after. I finished my 14 days antibiotics course back in December. After that, i have been feeling worse than ever. My stomach keeps hurting and i have this pinching burning pain in my stomach all the time. I have to retest for hpylori end of this month. But i can't let go of pantoprazole and domperidone advised by my doctor. What options i have so that i can let go of ppi 2 weeks before retest and as I am nauseous most of the times.

I had oral sex with a same women on 5.5 years and 2.2 years ago. Few weeks ago I came to know that she had many sexual partners, Hence I decided to take STD test Everything came negative but my concern is HBsAg test result came 0.93 - non reactive Since it came above 0.90 I got too much worried and repeated the HBsAg test next day along with Hepatitis b panel and test results are HBsAg - 0.45 - non reactive Anti HBc total - 0.11 - non reactive Anti HBs - 2.32 - no immunity Again 15 days after the first test I repeat the HBsAg test and result is 0.38 Since I'm getting married I worried much I'm free from Hepatitis B or Do I need any follow up tests or any recommands?
