I have been detected with intestinal tb and taking medicine from June 10. I also have gall stone 15mm in lumen 7mm in neck. I have my job training also. Till when can I go back to my training and for my gall bladder surgery is it necessary to get it done now or now I can delay ut for a while? I also have to do physical exercise during the training periods. So with a stone will it be harmful & or how many months after surgery i can go back to being normal ?

It is advisable to operate and remove gall bladder as you have to do exercise it may cause trouble and now we do laparoscopic surgery so you can go back to work as early as possible after surgery mostly 10 days.

Since there is a stone in the neck of the gallbladder the chances of becoming symptomatic or developing pain is high. Also considering you being younger, the risk of becoming symptomatic for GB stones in your lifetime is high
Hence, it is advisable to undergo surgery for Gallbladder stone.
Procedure is called Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
The recovery after procedure is pretty quick. U will not need any bed rest after procedure. Can resume work in a week.
Antitubercular treatment needs to be continued and course needs to be finished.
It's preferable to wait for atleast a month after starting TB medications to see if it is responding. If not then there are chances that you may need surgery for intestinal TB too.
In that case both surgeries can be done simultaneously
