Best cooking oil for gallbladder stones

Which oil is best for gallbladder stones? I have 2 stones 10mm and 4mm.please suggest 3 oils to coook food. Can u use coconut oil

For GB stones use minimal amount of oil...can use any oil but should be in a restricted manner...avoid fried and fatty foods... GB stones need surgery
