Is mounjaro safe and which doctor should I consult for mounjaro in mumbai? My weight is 90kg and wish to reduce, I have long shift and travelling to office ( 14hrs daily) plus family and hence I am unable to do any gym or exercise. But I keep getting sugar craving and hence take lots of sweets & cold drink, which is increasing my weight. A friend of mine took mounjaro and her weight reduced and she also told me , she don't get any craving. So I wanted to check if this is safe and can I take. I don't have any medical issue like diabetes. All my reports are good, no cholesterol , BP , sugar anything. Just that I am obese.

I am experiencing acid reflux for past 6 months. Had ppi for 1 month which reduced and come after spicy food. But morning bitter taste after wakeup  in tough and white coated tougue is still there.

I have severe mid back pain only on my right side. For over a week, Iam very bloated and pain is relieved when I burp briefly By massaging and applying heat I get temporary relief and burp. Bowel movement also is become an issue. _ It doesnot feel like stomach has been cleared after visiting toilet. I am unable to move much because of pain. Please guide.

Been having laryngopharyngeal reflux for the last 1 month , have stopped haing coffee empty stomach , had venofi for 5 days , but still no improvement .

My son is having constipation problem and we have used constipation relief syrups for nearly 2.6 yrs. Doctor decreased dose gradually and said to stop recently. It has been 15 days I stopped giving syrup to him. My doubt is should i give 8 glasses of water daily to my toddler. Does it cause over drinking of water to him. If I give him lot of water he is peeing for every 30 min. My doctor said give lot of water, fruits, veggies, fibre food. Does eating fruits daily for 2 servings in children cause diabetes. Is eating fruits daily healthy.How to overcome constipation with out giving lot of water as he is toddler does frequent peeing cause losing of minerals in body. Should I stop giving him 8 glasses of water does it over burden kidneys for his age

During routine abdominal checkup I found multiple sludge stones in gallbladder. I got pain near right rib after eating non veg.sometimes I get sharp pain which comes and goes but not very severe.I have not taken any medication for pain till now as pain is not severe and comes rarely once or twice in a month. Should I go for surgery or wait And I have small doubt does having gallstones raise LDL cholesterol? If yes should go for surgery urgently and how many does it for discharge after operation

Hello Doctor, I am 21 years old, male, around 48 kg. I have been skinny all my life. I have low digestion, poor appetite, lactose intolerance, and difficulty gaining weight even when eating properly. I live in a college hostel and mostly eat mess food. I want advice on improving digestion and healthy weight/muscle gain. Please let me know if I need any tests, digestive enzymes, probiotics, or dietary changes.

I have anal swelling for the last 30 days.. No pain no bleeding.. The first swelling was less but now it is more... It started after my 300 km bike ride... And after the bike ride Diarrhoea started . I went to Gastroenterologist for this condition as I have IBS too....he prescribed me an IBSET (ramesteron hydrochloride tablet) tablet ... but for swelling in anal he only prescribed annovate cream which is not helping me... As of now I am taking ibuprofen and paracetamol for swelling.. But its hardly helping me... Please find the attached images... Sorry for gross images in advance...in one image after passing the stool my doctor has asked me to apply cream.. And one is in a day time image...i am very uncomfortable while sitting on chair and my job in IT field so I usually have habits of sitting on a chair for 10 to 12 hours not continues but yes these are the timing of my work...

Hello i am 28 year old female i have fissure earlier from 1 year met 3 different surgeons but still i have burning while passing stool mostly on left side of anal cannal i was told by doct to avoid completely chilly for 3 months so i was eating food without chilly then condition got better but then again i started only green chilly food there is burning in left side and then irritation and slight pain persist whole day as i have sitting job my mental health is getting worst as i dont want to live with this problem and also wasted lot of money on medications and changed lots of doctors but nobody is able to cure me . I am taking good healthy diet water intake fruits walk but problem is not getting permanent cured please help me i am fed up of this problem as i have to deal with this whole day please help🙏🙏🙏

I face dark stool after alcohol sometime look like black not sure other days stool color normal but stool is like direhea not hard not liquid
