Can't lose my weight since 7 years
I have anxiety disorder and under medication as well since 7 years. Now much mentally healthy but my weight is increasing day by day. Digestive issues. Can't eat restaurant food not even chips type packed food. I have been so much concern about my looks as well due this weight gain. I am a dental student and I have lots of work, clinical duties but still no weight lose. I eat less and hardly eat oily food more over I can't digest And I reduce my food intake even more or starve myself I get so weak and low blood pressure. Because of my weight it hampers my daily physical activity, everyone is so energetic and I can't work like them. I tried my best for so long but it's not working. I get tired so easily. I have been taking vit d since 4 months. I run some test 4 months ago for glucose level, thyroid, lipid profile, vit d . Everything is normal expect vit d deficiency. I see slightly darker pigmentation around my neck as well. Upper body is so fatty and heavy

Doctor firstly don't worry as this anxiety might reduce all the responses of your activity, increase cortisol hamper in other hormonal functioning in your body. If you have family H/O obesity it might be a bit more difficult but nonetheless not impossible.
Next Steps
What to do? 1. Fix a routine 2. Do meditation or breathing exercises or mindfulness for at least 15-30 min (Even 15 mins at a FIXED time every day is better than 1 hr irregularly) BUT ( doing IRREGULARLY is better than not doing at all) 3. Track your calories for 7 days and balance with your calorie need and let's see what's the real picture. 4. Go for a walk if possible 20-30 mins and walk fast. N.B. DON'T run just walk fast. 5. Get an USG pelvis done...might be some hidden PCOS (PMOS) 6. Supplement some fruit or greens in your diet. 7. Have a heavier breakfast and lighter dinner.
