Mushy type stool for the past 25 days but bloating since February 2025. 1-2 times I poop in a day. I have been earlier prescribed econorm sachet ,flagyl 400 and an ivermectin for that but didn't relieve my symptoms. All my blood report are normal except HLA B27 which came out to be positive. I also have whitish tongue and sebarrhoic dermatitis for years . And recently I have developed tinea curis on my scrotum and near by area. What am I suffering from ? Please tell Can it be due to candidiasis because on the doctor on practo itself told this thing.

I have fatty liver from last few years.I had my fibroscan today.How is the report? I don't have pain or any major symptoms.

I have been diagnosed with gall bladder sludge along with small polyp/cal in a endoscopic ultra sound scan. Sometimes I feel a sensation under my upper right abdomen below my chest rib when I eat full meals or fatty food. The doctor advised weight loss with lifestyle modification. For the last two years I gained weight and became obese. I plan to implement a low fat diet along with a workout. My query is can I take udiliv tablet to support my GB sludge. How many months can I take the udiliv tablet.

I have pain below my left ribs since 5 days.. I got ECG test done and it's normal. What could be the reason for this pain.. is it something heart related..

My overall body structure is such that my stomach and face appear larger, while my arms and legs are of normal size. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh 96 kg. My stomach area feels slightly hard. I don't drink or smoke .

Hi , Can i take Cizaspa X , to treat IBS along with Serotonin & Nextril Tabs. Cause i have heard it can cause trouble if we take SSR tabs along with Cizaspa X. Can any pls confirm, its very urgent.

I have swelling in my outer anal area from last 30 days. There is no bleeding, or pain. Just a discomfort while sitting too long. It started after my 300 km bike ride. Also I had Diarrhea before that so then for IBS my Gastroenterologist doctor suggested one tablet which helped me a lot for IBS symptoms, but this anal swelling he had only given anovate cream which done nothing for swelling. My stools are always very soft. But now I am feeling very discomfort in anal area. Please give me suggestions on what to do or a simple treatment for this.. I think it's hemorrhoids.. Hii doctor.. iam having fatty liver grade 1.. recently i did lft & lipid profile along with cbc.. iam attaching files please check it..my reports are showing elevated liver enzymes & high cholesterol..so plz go through the reports & suggest me what to do next..? & wat kind of medication needed & is it curable..??
