I am a 20 year old male, I had on and off palpitations for 1.5 years, around the same time I had a peculiar HTN which was only shown in home at doctors office it was normal, I had 20 ecg( 2 ordered by doctor, 3 in emergency rooms, rest 15 done by me just after having the episodes) all were either normal or sinus tachycardia, two echo Doppler all normal, 24 holter monitor with 5 SVE. My lipid (ldl 95,hdl 48, Tg 78, Tc 157), my cbc was normal, lft was normal my two time trop t test in normal, I went to CMC where 4 medicine doctor, 4 cardiologist, 3 endocrinologist saw me no one found anything wrong but still every day I have chest pain and palpitations randomly I am fear of death 24/7 because I don't know at this point what doctor or medical line to see.. I am 122 kg before I was 129kg, I am on 1.25mg of BISOPROLOL and 2.5mg of Amlodipine , my bp is on avg (106/65).. I don't know what to do I feel weight cause me a heart issue causing death.

I am a 28-year-old with Thyroid and a BMI of 32.0. I have been taking 50mcg of Thyroxine for one month, and my TSH is shigh at 10.5 mIU/L, and my HbA1c is 6.0%. Despite being physically active with swimming and recently started gyming, I am experiencing complete weight loss resistance and a high Visceral Fat level of 18. My biggest struggle right now is that I feel I have absolutely no control over my hunger; I experience intense 'food noise' and the urge to binge even immediately after eating full meals. I recently completed my Vitamin D treatment, but my metabolism feels completely stalled. I would like to know if my thyroid dose needs to be increased and if I am a candidate for Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) to help manage this uncontrollable hunger ?? I really want to lose weight as I'm out of energy and all day I feel inactive and sleepy

Ultrasound report and lft test report, could you please tell me what the problem of my stomach is? Dr. about swelling in my gull bladder, so can you prefer what medicine I take for this problem

Hi sir/madam, My mother was rushed to ER due to upper stomach pain and upon investigation and CT scan she had Cholelithiasis, GB edema, Fat stranding and Cholecystitis.. now they are suggesting us the Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Antibiotics is going on. Wanted to know second opinion on this. As we feel we are rushing it Please suggest.

13years ago I was diagnosed with stomach infection which the doctors cured by injections through the channel (I am not much aware about it). During that time I was cured, but some problem existed where even after eating normal food I used to feel like vomiting and stomach ache everyday almost even just for 5minutes but I used to feel. 1 year ago, I had my sonography done, report was normal and also did my stole test and report was normal but the problem existed still. When I am stressed the stomach pain out of no where starts. In the mid of this, 1 month ago I was detected with PCOD condition and I am eating those medicines as written in my profile and early 20days of starting were fine. But since last 5days I am feeling to vomit but it isn't happening and I am uncomfortable 24 hrs. I don't know why its happening (I haven't shown any gastro yet for my prob) I think maybe due to my underlying problem the side effect of the medicine is getting amplified? Pls guide, whom to consult. Help.

Hello Doctor, I’d like a second opinion regarding possible IBD and need for colonoscopy. • Anxiety (4–5 yrs, Paroxetine and now Seratline), cholesterol meds (Rosastatin EZ 10 - 1 yr), BP (Cosyrel 5 mg, 1 month back) • Weight loss ~6–7 kg in 3 months, now stable; active (gym 5 days/week + daily 20 mins walking) • Consulted gastro 15 days ago: Rifaximin + Vizylac, later ibset and suggested below tests • Tests: Stool routine normal, calprotectin 185 µg/g, USG abdomen normal • Blood tests (10 Mar): CBC normal, Hb 15.7, TLC 4.5, hs-CRP 0.169 (low inflammation), LFT mostly normal except mildly high bilirubin 1.8 • Symptoms: Soft stool but pain during passage, burning, 2 times/day, no persistent diarrhea. Doctor suggested colonoscopy.

Hello Doctors, I have gerd and ibs and for that I consulted a gastroenterologist for the same. Doctor gave me three medicines namely gasbon max, acomore od 300 and gutviz. After consuming these med for three days I felt belly cramps with gas and there is acidity. There is sometimes feeling of indigestion and sometimes loose stool. This symptoms were not there before. Is this side effect of the medicines?

I used to have loose stools on and off. In January I suffered from typhoid fever which lasted for 15 days. Post Antibiotics, I started to have a gassy feeling in the evening. Since then on a regular basis my stool is either flaky or thin with occasional formed stool. I took a course of enterogermina after the antibiotics. No severe abdominal pain, just mild occasional epigastric discomfort which settles on its own. Please help me in this.

Does this report mean I don't have anal fistula. I had two abscesses a year back both times resolved with antibiotics no surgical drainage was required. I don't have any issues since then but live in constant overthinking that what if I have a fistula.
