Fatty liver grade 2 in ultrasound Sgpt -66. Sgot - 38 Vorxar 4 mg given by doctor Any extra medication needed plz suggest for fatty liver disease

My USG report mentioned smooth wall hypo to anechoic lesion in pancrea head, but the mrcp didn't find anything in pancreas, but mentioned prominent periportal lymph nodes . While i have asymptomatic gallstones all other reports are normal. Doctor said everything was fine and the USG must have been wrong. Plz advice

1.How do I know if I have excess visceral fat? My waist is coming at 36 inches (male) when I am bloated or else it is 35.5 inches when everything is perfectly fine and at early morning after i  have freshened up. My height is 166 cm. 2.So how much inches to lose off my current waist to have low /healthy levels of visceral fat? 3.Is it easier to lose visceral fat than subcutaneous fat ,even if I eat at my maintenance calories with adequate protein? 4.If I lose visceral fat, will it mean that I am losing inches from my waist but the rest of my body parts are still the same/current size? Since visceral fat is only located at the abdominal region and also I am focussing on strength training to increase or regain the lost muscle mass.

Sir/ madam I am experience bloating, weird gurgling noises in my stomach for 3 days. I'm not experiencing gastric or anything I'm only hearing these noises. No pain, appetite has reduced a little, frequent urination . I am controlling how much I am eating. But is it necessary? Why is my stomach making those noises ? Could it be serious? Should i start following a diet? If so please suggest. I'm a vegetarian. Thank you!

Recently i diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2. And i take udiliv 300mg and try to exercise daily home workout. Can i take miduty liver detox too? Or should i take care anything else?
