I have been told to stop fruits eaten with peel like grapes and apples, milk, but yogurt allowed, no sugar, no lipton tea. Medicines given Mesalamine, Domperidone, Aciloc S. I want to know if this is permanent and also do i have to take medicines lifelong. I have noticed that the red mucus often shows up after diarrhea. I am unable to attach all tests that have been done. Your insights will be appreciated.

I have been experiencing a dull, constant discomfort on the left side of my abdomen and lower back for the past few weeks. The pain shifts slightly — sometimes under the left ribs, sometimes around the side, and now more in the left lower back near the spine and side. It feels like a muscle-like or pressure-type pain, not very sharp, but constantly noticeable. Additional details: * The pain gets noticeable when sitting for long or bending * Passing gas sometimes gives relief * No fever, vomiting, or appetite loss * Urine is normal, no burning or blood * Stools are sometimes sticky and smelly, but I can pass them regularly * I had mildly elevated bilirubin earlier ( 2.08) on 14th sept and it is 1.4 tested around 28th sept * I stopped alcohol for the last 30 days * I occasionally feel an empty or crampy sensation in the upper abdomen Currently, the pain is constant in the left side and middle as well or upper side, Please suggest if I should get an abdominal ultrasound or any tests.

About 2 months ago, I had a small boil near the anal area. It drained on its own within 2–3 days, and I started doing sitz baths regularly. After that, I started experiencing slight pain after passing stool every day. I consulted a nearby doctor who did a finger examination and told me that a fistula tract has formed. I have been continuing daily sitz baths and taking homeopathic medicines like Calcarea Sulph and Fistula BT49, but even after 2 months I haven’t noticed significant improvement. I want to know if there is any real chance of my fistula healing completely with these medicines, or if I should go to a private hospital and consider surgery. Since few days, if I consume oily/spicy/masala food I'm getting stomach pain. I'm currently under medication as directed by my doctor who I consulted on practo. I just wanted to know how long can this situation exist? Have not done tests but doc suggested me good medications. I have completed 14 days h pylori antibiotics course before 10 days. My endoscopy showed corpus gastritis with h pylori positive. But now after 10 days of completing antibiotics course my gas problem is still there.. May be little less than earlier but it's still there... What should I do now? How long it will take to heal my gas problem? Please guide

Last year I had H. pylori with nausea and heaviness after meals. After treatment, nausea is gone. Now I mainly have upper stomach fullness (2 fingers above navel) after pooping (30–45 mins or more), occasionally after eating on an empty stomach in the morning. Stool and flatulence have always been foul-smelling(since 2022) . No acidity , no stomach pain or cramps, no diarrhoea. SIBO test was negative. This year i again tested myself for h.pylori and its negative. Vitamin/mineral levels are mostly normal. Endoscopy is normal. I have already tried medicines for the symptoms but they don’t work. I want to identify the root cause, not just manage symptoms. Which tests do you suggest to evaluate this?

My stool is pass very hard. Today pass stool one drop blood will come . It's any serious problem or not. I am worried about my health.plz tell me. But not pain in that area. Anus part light damage
