Can I take Ozempic for weight loss as I don't have Time to join a gym or follow a strict diet plan due to work.

My father (57M) and mother(57F) have been taking Kayam tablets daily for over a year for constipation and are now completely dependent on them and cannot pass stool without them. Kayam contains 50% Senna and Mulethi (Licorice) which I understand can cause electrolyte imbalance and bowel dependency with long term use. My father had an abdominal USG done recently which also incidentally found a 4.2mm kidney stone in the left kidney (no hydronephrosis). He exercises daily and has no chest pain, palpitations or other symptoms. Looking for guidance from a gastroenterologist on: • Safe tapering plan to wean off Kayam • Whether Isabgol or Lactulose can help during transition • What blood tests should be done given this history • Whether the kidney stone needs treatment or just monitoring I am willing to follow up with additional appointments as well. Hi, my mom is around 60 years old and she has a trouble pooping for years, she has to have tea in the morning, and takes 30/40 mins for her to stool properly. Why can't she normally excrete like have warm water and done for dusted? She has to sit for a long duration and sometime go twice.

Hello Doctors, I am asking for a friend Male, Age: 31. Today, for the first time, he noticed darker red blood mixed throughout the stool during a bowel movement. It was not just on the surface or on the tissue. There is no pain. In recent times he was facing gastric issues and little pain in the heart region. He has no prior history of this. Hi Doctor, I have continuous pain from last 3 month in right lower abdominal and pain in groin area near pelvic along with right testicular I think it's bigger then left testicular and little hard copates to left and pain is there until right leg and pain from right back until groin area and right Abdominal pelvic and near belli button and I feel pain like itching inside body from right back to groin area , I did blood test , urine test and Sonography and all are normal nothing found in all test , I did Doppler eschography for testicular also and it was normal as per report , do you know what could.be the reason and nowdays the pain is more often it's not severe pain big it's making me discomfort Please suggest me what is the problem. I am currently out of India .
