Hi, I am facing some stomach related issue like bloating , indigestion, acidity etc and whenever I feels these symptoms,my heart rate also gets increased and bp as well so is this related and whether stomach issue causing palpitations/bp or vice versa?

I am 51 years old. Suddenly experiencing digestive disorders. Bloating. Constipation, food not moving downwards, can't belch,neck and shoulders hurt after eating and dizziness. Stomach is distended and can't pass out gas. Is this hormonal?

Latest- sgpt 22 sgot-32 bilribin total-2. 01(direct 0.73 indirect0. 29) Previous- sgpt 40.5 sgot 27.5 bilribin total-1. 83( direct-. 69 indirect 1.14) Old- sgpt 60 sgot 26 bilrubin total-1. 43 ( direct 0.54 indirect 0.89) The old test was taken after 1 month of non alcohol intake. All other test like lipid profile creatine platelet test are normal. Is there anything to worry

I have NAFLD with normal bilirubin and sgpt and sgot elevated but under 100. Doctor prescribed Evitol 200 bd and I am taking it for more than 3 months. Liver enzymes are in normal range now and previous problems also improved. Can I continue Evitol for a year, can there be any bad effect?
