I went to do ultrasound check up for kidney stone but found gallbladder stone , i dont have any symptoms, What to do now, how to get rid of it

I'm feeling mild stomach pain on right side under ribs sometimes pain in center and left side of stomach. My bowel habit change from last  year. Now I have to go for stool 2-3 times in a day. And also stool comes in little parts not like previously tight stool. Sometimes I found little mucus in stools. I drink alcohol and smoke. Yesterday I got lft and lipid profile but it is normal only triglycerides out of range 205. I have no other issues like nausea, vomiting, fever and loose weight problems

My Occult blood test for stool is normal as well as stool for reducing test. My USG detects mild fatty liver and Endoscopy is normal, I want to ensure that my Intestine heath is ok , so for that want to be double sure w/o colonoscopy , do I need to have a FIT test or another Stool test for three consecutive days, please suggest.

I have issue of hypothyroidism and cholesterol is under control and surprisingly my thyroid jumped 28 from 4 in 2 months. I had gut issues of mucus coming from anal area for which I had taken probiotics in past which later got controlled . Now my major concern is my fingers get tender and bloated palm area also which is irritating since past 1 year . It went off earlier and now it is back as earlier  it was in right hand only now it is affecting left hand skin get tightened of hand  and is tender . Not sure if  it is because of thyroid or gut issues.
