Constipation. Or should i be worried?

Hi i have been taking golbi 300 for a month now and ever since I took it I m highly constipated it was given because i had direct bilurubin 0.47 but rest were all within range although when I went to see my GP he asked to up my dose to twice and added livoluk but even after livoluk i was constipated on and off. So i weaned off golbi its been 2 days i did get a bowel movement yesterday one hour after cremaffin but i think an hour of cremaffin has nothing to do with huge bowel. I went to see a gastroenterologist and he ordered a fibroscan all clear no fatty liver no damage. Can golbi 300 contribute to constipation or should i be worried? Cause i never had blood in stool before no irregular bowel movement. I take proper meal good fiber intake and protein. I try to avoid as much outside food as possible. Please help.
