I would like your opinion regarding a possible
HIV exposure that has worried me for approximately 8.5 years.
Incident:
I accidentally rubbed my completely naked penis, which had a small cut on it, against blood that was present on a bed. I do not know whose blood it was, whether the person had HIV, or whether the blood was fresh or old.
Approximately 15 days later, I developed a cold and mouth ulcers, which increased my anxiety about HIV.
Medical History Since Then:

Vitamin B12 deficiency causing burning sensations and body pains.
- Mild gastric wall and gallbladder wall thickening on ultrasound.
- A small lymph node in my neck that has remained in the same location without noticeable enlargement for several years.
- Small groin lymph nodes that have also remained stable for years.
