Tingling and tightness in the left
I’ve had gastric and bowel issues for about a year. Recently, I’ve developed intermittent tightness on the left side of my face and sometimes my left hand, mainly during severe gas buildup, which improves after passing gas or stool. No facial drooping or speech difficulty.
