Few days back I had hard stool which led to anal fissure. I took treatment. But now out of fear and to avoid hard stool issue my brain is taking too much stress and tightening my stomach all day. The stress and tightening of stomach is causing the initial part of my stool to be hard and the rest soft daily. Pls let me know how can I calm down my brain and gut and resolve this problem of starting part of the stool being hard and rest soft.

I have weight 85 now I want to loss it to 70 to 75 and double chin I want to loose belly fat and double especially in 2 months I want my weight to maintain in early seventies

She has been experiencing a little pain during passing stool for the past few weeks. It settles in between for a few days but again the pain increases and there's itching that lasts for a few minutes afterwards. Now she's seeing blood (bright red) while passing. It has only happened once. Not sure if it's an anal fissure.

Sugar / Diabetes Result HbA1c = 5.0% Estimated average glucose ≈ 97 mg/dL Fasting blood sugar = 86 mg/dL
