My son is 11 years old and his weight is 49 kg which is more than all other age group children. Need to contact the doctor for this

Iam having heavy weight f 85 kg, some time I will feel severe neck, shoulder back pain while doing job. Kindly help and provide proper guidance for reducing body weight as well as retaining good health and posture.

My father had a severe stomach ache on 10th and 11th of August 2026. Because he stated that he hadn't passing stool and gas from 8th August 2026. The stomach became very tight and swollen. On 12th doctor connected a pipe through nose and dirts are coming out. They ask to stop any food or drink water. On 13th the connected a urine pipe. The urine is still tea coloured. The CT scan report suggests to do colonoscopy plus biopsy but the gas and stool is not passing by own so doctors can't give any bowel clear medicine for the test. Can you consult me what should I do? Is there anything we missing out?

I have been experiencing symptoms similar to dyspepsia since childhood, but they have become significantly worse over the last two years. I frequently have gas, bloating, upper abdominal discomfort, belching, and a feeling of fullness after eating. I also experience constipation, weakness, and headaches. My gastrointestinal symptoms tend to become noticeably worse when I am under stress. What should I do?

Have been taking the h pylori kit since 14days But there is severe abdominal pain many times a day which sometimes resolves on food and sometimes doesnot. USG normal Due to pain I couldn't sleep 5hrs at a stretch since 15 days, have to wake up in mid of night to eat, sometimes the pain resolves sometimes it doesn't. For pain drotin doesnt work, bound to take tramadol else its unbearable For sleep I tried melatonin, clonazepam but nothing is working. Please help There is even vomiting since 3days once or twice a day

So, I went to a doctor and he told me that it is gastritis, which is some due to eating too much spices. And I agree with that. But I still have two questions : If it is due to spicy still there is a moment when I felt like heaviness in my cheat, unable to breathe, feeling smthn and getting nervous and thinking what it is even when i didn't eat anything spicy. Second it even happend when I was watchin a show and some scene made me nervous and I started feeling it again, but I wanna ask, since I study in a college where I don't need to go regularly, so I sleep around 6 am in the morning and wake up around 4 pm (also coz I have been depressed 2 years ago), and then when I wake up I have my lunch and have dinner around 12 am or smthn. I just wanna know since my family hates this schedule of mine, but I am like this only and I feel comfortable too (GEN Z LIFESTYLE yk) do you think this schedule is not okay? and it could be a reason of what I feel? or what.

I'm diabetic since 7 years & hypertensive since 3 years.Both of them are under well control.Recently noticing bubbly urine which often lessens or disappears by drinking more water.Test reports of urine acr,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done 6 months ago came absolutely fine & normal.Test report of USG (kub) done 1 year ago also came fine & normal.Also,no swelling in any part of the body. Experienced the same condition a year ago but the test reports of urine acr,24 hrs urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done at that time came absolutely normal & a nephrologist confirmed that this is not due to proteinuria.Also have stage 2 NAFLD & is regularly taking Saroglitazar 4 mg once a day.Nephrologist told me that such bubbly urine is due to fatty liver disease.However,not having any negative symptoms or problems due to NAFLD. LFT report done 1 year ago also came absolutely normal. Is such bubbly urine worrisome?

My name is Mamta. I am 21 years old and my weight is 48 kg. I have been suffering from constipation for the last 1.5 years. In the meantime, I have taken a lot of medicines, both medical and indigenous, but I did not feel any difference. Due to constipation, I have problem of piles and also have gas and acid. The ultrasound report was absolutely normal. I have severe constipation. When I take medicines, I defecate a little. I have added cucumber, lassi, papaya, figs in my diet, but it did not make any difference.

I have been suffering from mild to moderate intestinal pain for the past 3 days. My doctor prescribed Rifagut 400 mg three times a day for 2 days, followed by Econorm. The pain has reduced, but it has not completely settled yet.My CT abdomen report was normal.. Any suggestions

I feel a Very mild pain / sensation in belly for a past few months. It's not a consistent observation, I feel it sometimes during the day mostly after morning bath or when I sit on floor at a leg folded posture.
