Anal Fissure

So I was in doubt about this as i have had minor fissures in past which get cured in about a week by themselves and not so painful but since past week i have been experiencing a different type of pain rather difficulty in passing stool it feels like its gonna tear my sphincter area and so i hold it in as i dont want fissure but also after like when i again go for BM after 2 days its painless and comes out easy but then the next time i try and again it feels like exact same as before and i dont even tear myself during that last successful BM. What is this ??

Chronic dysentery with mucus and blood

My father has been suffering from dysentery for more than 1 year. Sometimes it gets better, but mucus and loose stool keep coming back. Recently, he also had blood in stool. He took Ornidazole + Diloxanide + Simethicone and Vizylac for 5 days — blood stopped but mucus still continues. Now he is on Metrogyl 200 for 5 days. We also did a stool test (Entamoeba histolytica 2+), and the report is attached.

Mouth Ulcer since 8 months

It's been almost 8 months my mother is suffering from mouth ulcers back to back. Back story- She was on major diet 1 year back left all grains & rice & lost pretty much weight due to her knee pain, & thankfully knee pain recovered but since then she is complaining about constipation as due to having protein diet, from then she started having all the laxative like isabgol & few more to relieve constipation & from then only she started complaining about mouth ulcers, treatment was on at that time like antibiotics and all , get recovered & comes back again after few days. Due to antibiotics constipation comes again & repeat condition. How to treat this. Big ulcers with pus. Given blood report to check vitamin deficiencies. What can be the possible cause ?

Jam block feeling

My father, (79 yrs), has been experiencing a persistent “block” or “jam” feeling between his upper abdomen and lower chest, mostly after lunch and an afternoon nap. The discomfort is not associated with chest pain, sweating, or fatigue, and it gradually subsides with time or distraction. His cardiac and respiratory evaluations — ECG, 2D Echo (EF 58%, no RWMA), Chest X-ray, BNP — are all normal. Endoscopy showed gastric erythema and erosions, RUT negative. Over the past two months, he has tried several gastric and motility medicines:Voltapraz 20, Razo-L, Omez DSR   Sucral-O, Mucaine Gel   Acogut (Lupin), Bloatpill   Ganaton (Itopride). Despite these treatments and lifestyle changes (light diet, sitting upright for 2–3 hrs post-lunch), the “block/jam” feeling continues to appear almost daily after meals.Kindly advise whether this could be due to reflux-related diaphragm pressure or something else ? (a photo with a red marked line showing the area where this discomfort happening)
