Weight loss help
Hello, I'm a 21 year old female. Current weight is 73 kgs, height is 5ft 2 in. I have been on and off on diets and excercise due to exam seasons but otherwise regular but still only lost around 2.6 kgs of weight since January. I want to know about GLP1 medication for weight loss. I have been consistent in strength training and cardio, still I cannot see any results. Have not taken any tests. I'm tired of all of this and by not seeing any results please help me out.

At 73 kg and 5ft 2in your BMI is around 29-30, and losing only 2.6 kg in eight months of honest training almost always means something metabolic is being missed - most commonly hypothyroidism, PCOS with insulin resistance, or vitamin D and iron deficiency killing your energy. Don't start GLP-1 blindly at 21 without tests; it is a genuine option but only after we know your thyroid, insulin, HbA1c and lipid picture, and it needs monitoring. Get TSH, fasting insulin and glucose, HbA1c, CBC, ferritin, vitamin D done. Also protein intake and sleep matter more than extra cardio. Book a consult with me on Practo with those reports and I'll tell you clearly whether you need medication or just a corrected plan.
