Hello Doctor, for the past 1 year, I have been passing loose stools 1 to 2 times every morning.
The frequency is normal (only 1-2 times), but the consistency of the stool is completely loose. I do not have any fever, there is no blood in my stool, and I do not experience any gas or bloating.
I have noticed a clear pattern with my diet: green vegetables and fruits do not suit me at all and worsen the loose stools immediately. However, I can easily digest milk, ghee, and wheat roti without any issues.
Since this loose stool issue has been persistent for a full year, please guide me on what could be causing this and what diagnostic tests I should get done. Thank you.
