Pain while drinking water near shoulder
I have been experiencing pain in just below  right shoulder blade and inside centre of chest (kind of sensation ,not severe pain it's mild pain )from 1 month ,while drinking water and eating ,only during drinking and eating I am getting pain ,other than that I am normal no fever ,no appetite or weight loss,no fatigue ,what would be the reason do I need to consult doctor
