Care AI Shimmer
A 10-kg weight loss with persistent bloating, altered stools and endoscopy changes should not be managed by repeatedly extending medicines on your own. I would review the biopsy/H. pylori result, CBC, liver profile, celiac screen and stool tests, along with the complete prescription. Continue only medicines advised by your treating doctor; I can review your reports through Practo.
Next Steps
Please arrange a gastroenterology review soon with the endoscopy and all reports. Seek urgent care for blood or black stools, persistent vomiting, severe pain, fever, jaundice or inability to pass stool/gas.
Health Tips
Avoid alcohol, unnecessary painkillers and self-starting antibiotics or acid medicines. Keep hydrated and take small regular meals until reviewed.
