yes, you can use Cremagel-I and Sucralcoat-Ano together when they have been prescribed for an anal fissure. They serve different purposes: Cremagel-I helps reduce anal sphincter spasm and pain, while Sucralcoat-Ano helps protect and heal the fissure. Using them at different times, as your doctor has advised, is appropriate.
Next Steps
continue Cremagel-I before bowel movement and Sucralcoat-Ano after bowel movement, preferably after gently cleaning the area and drying it. Also continue adequate water and fibre intake and keep the stool soft to avoid straining.
Health Tips
If you develop increasing pain/swelling, bleeding that is significant or persistent, pus/discharge, fever, or worsening symptoms despite treatment, consult your surgeon for reassessment.
