Found gall bladder single stone of 10mm in regular health checkup but no other symptoms like stomach pain or nausea. Is surgery required .please advise

However, with you being young the chances of becoming symptomatic during your lifetime are high.
Hence, surgery is suggested but not a must in current situation.
