Gall bladder stones
I have gall stones, pls suggest what symptoms i should look for to go ahead with gall bladder Removal surgery. Attaching my USG report

Hello, You have large stone in gall bladder. Symptoms can be pain in right upper abdomen which may radiate to right upper back and right shoulder.Mostly pain can occur after taking meal preferably fatty meal. Sometimes associated with nausea and vomiting. If stone will impact at neck you will have severe pain in right upper abdomen.
Next Steps
Surgery because you have a large stone. No medical management till date for that. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the gold standard treatment for that.
Health Tips
Small fat free frequent meals. Avoid hot/spicy/oily and outside food.
