It is bigger than 1 cm. Get your gallbladder surgically removed (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) for your safety. Gallbladder will then be sent for histo-pathology exam where diagnosis can be confirmed if the polyp is cancerous or non cancerous.
Next Steps
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Dear Madam I just wanna explain the problem in a simple way. Size is 15 mm. The issue with the size is  just that bigger the polyp , chances of it being malignant is high. You can review the USG again. My suggestion will be to consider the gallbladder removed.
Next Steps
consult with a surgeon/ video consultation
Health Tips
Don't panic. This can be managed.
