It is bigger than 1 cm. Get your gallbladder surgically removed (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) for your safety. Gallbladder will then be sent for histo-pathology exam where diagnosis can be confirmed if the polyp is cancerous or non cancerous.

Dear Madam
I just wanna explain the problem in a simple way. Size is 15 mm. The issue with the size is just that bigger the polyp , chances of it being malignant is high. You can review the USG again.
My suggestion will be to consider the gallbladder removed.
If its more than 1 cm, then this require removal of Gall bladder by Key hole surgery ( Laparoscopic approach).
Kindly do visit once with all relevant reports after prior appointment. Will help you out.
