Can you please tell what this could be
I was constipated for the last 2 days. Today I passed stool, and it was a little hard. While passing it, I had mild discomfort, but the discomfort went away afterward. After I finished, I noticed a small amount of bright red blood mixed with the toilet water and a pea-sized bright red blood clot on the toilet seat. When I wiped, there was only a very faint pinkish-red stain on the toilet paper. There wasn’t a large amount of bleeding, and I haven’t noticed any bleeding since. I don’t think it was menstrual blood. Could you please let me know what this could be

It could have been bleeding due to Hemorrhoids or anal fissure.
Fissure less likely since u don't have pain.
This needs clinical examination via a physical visit
