Weight-loss medicines are not a safe shortcut and should be chosen only after checking BMI, thyroid, blood sugar and other causes of weight gain. A sustainable calorie-controlled diet, adequate protein, regular activity and good sleep remain the foundation. The right treatment depends on your medical history.
Next Steps
Please get your thyroid reports and full metabolic assessment reviewed rather than starting a tablet on your own. You may book a Practo consult with me so I can guide the evaluation and a realistic plan.
