Can I take metformin, sompraz D , ursoild 300 safely in fatty liver grade 2 . Yes , I already change my food habits ..no processed food, no sugar Curd , daliya , makhana , guava , garlic clove that's all my diet and lifestyle

Yes, all three medications are safe and appropriate for your condition. Metformin is a first-line treatment for PCOD and also helps reduce insulin resistance, which is a major driver of fatty liver. Ursodiol (UDCA) 300mg directly reduces liver inflammation and is commonly prescribed for Grade 2 fatty liver. Sompraz D (pantoprazole + domperidone) is safe for gastric protection, especially when on multiple medications. Your dietary changes are excellent and will make a big difference.

Next Steps
