Fatty liver with grade 2
I have done abdominal ultrasound which show fatty liver grade 2 ..is it serious or is it cause future cancwr problem..is it reversible ..is it nash or nafld

It is not serious but yes it's conserning, it's definitely reversible and yes if left unchecked and progresses then it can be a cause of liver cancer at later stage....
It's called NAFLD and it the Liver function tests are derranged also then it becomes NASH which is a form of hepatitis
Next Steps
undergo proper evaluation like screen for diabetes, hypertension, lipid profile....
and start lifestyle modifications
