Fatty liver is usually reversible with lifestyle modifications.  We need further inputs including liver biochemistry,  lipid profile, HbA1C, CBC. Sometimes a Fibroscan is also advised to look for underlying fibrosis. Apart from lifestyle modifications,  there are many drugs available currently which can help revere amount of fat in liver, fibrosis and/or weight.
