My protein source on daily basis is
5 eggs white in morning
50 gram red or brown meat in lunch
Wheat ( roti) 6 to 7 and green veggies at dinner
250 ml tonned milk before bedtime

If you are doing gym or walking or cycling than 40-50 GMs of protein is ok for you...the sources you are using as protein...you can have other options also like you can have paneer...pulses...legumes...soya paneer(tofu)...that also will give you sufficient protein...
