Protein intake
Sir/mam my weight is 65 kg 22 years old. is 40 gram of protein enough in a day  for my body and hair ? My protein source on  daily basis is 5 eggs white in morning 50 gram red or brown meat in lunch Wheat ( roti) 6 to 7 and green veggies at dinner 250 ml tonned milk before bedtime

Increase your protein intake take milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds, etc along with all types of pulses, dry fruits, etc

Hi Good Morning If you are doing gym or walking or cycling than 40-50 GMs of protein is ok for you...the sources you are using as protein...you can have other options also like you can have paneer...pulses...legumes...soya paneer(tofu)...that also will give you sufficient protein... Thank u

Increased protein and carbohydrates in your diet.add protein products like milk and it’s products, cottage cheese, paneer, egg, non veg, quinoa, oats, barley,bajra,green leafy vegetables, nuts, fruits etc. Add protein smoothies and sweets after having the lunch and dinner
