I am 21 years old.Is blood pressure reading of 105/60 normal for me?I maintain a healthy diet and do exercise daily.I have alcoholic fatty liver and mild fatty pancreas.I cannot sleep at night due to gastric and as a result there's constant pain in my head which makes my head feel too heavy.

Hey, Doctor...!,! My doctor has recommended me vevital plus tablet for having for 1 month and I would like to know if it is pure vegetarian or not. As, I am pure vegetarian, so a little bit hesitant to give it a good start.

I am 19 years old, 5 ft and very skinny and don’t look my age at all I look like a 12 to 13 years old kid both face and body wise. I mean short height runs into my family, however they don’t have any issues with weight as they all have healthy weight and look their age. Also my appetite is really bad and I can’t eat full meals a day as I rarely get hungry. I really want to gain some healthy wait and have a good busy proportion to my age.
