For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hello you are very young at this age of you have the desire and complete motivation you can shed down your weight very easily both excercise and diet go Hand in hand ..mean while I would suggest a fat loss drink for you and then for more detailed plan you can call me ... Put 1 glass water to  boil add 1" of grated ginger in the water let it boil once done transfer to a glass tumbler add a pinch of haldi + a pinch of nutmeg powder + a pinch of pepper powder and 1/2 TSP lemon and drink this tea early in the morning ..

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

And I would suggest you to lose weight in a healthy manner and according to your lifestyle as its just not a short span thing it's a lifelong thing...... Make a healthy routine in which you should follow the do’s and don’ts Do’s- use single tonned milk/ skimmed milk (300) Ml daily. Curd and paneer if you take in your diet which will be made up by the single tonned milk Use olive oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, mustard oil in the cooking. Add 5 soaked almonds and 2 walnuts before 11 am in your diet Add green leafy vegetables in your diet and in munching time eat fruits and salad. Don’ts- avoid completely sugar and it’s products Roots vegetables like potato, arbhi, zimikand, Sweet potato etc. Avoid pickles ,papas,processed,junk,fried,bakery products etc. In fruits like banana ,mango, litchi, grapes, etc.
