Hello... How can i use chia seed in weight loss. I am 72 kg rite now... For how much tym and in what quantity i can take chia seeds so that it can be helpful for me...

Hello, Thank you for the query. Will surely help you. You can include about 1-2 teaspoon of chia seeds in your diet for the start. They will provide you with good fats which are essential for weight loss. You can either soak them or sprinkle them in your food. Ways to include chia seeds- add them to your water/buttermilk/curd/smoothies/milkshakes, powder them and add them to your chapati flour or over your sandwich etc Remember that only chia seeds will not help you lose weight and you need to follow a holistic approach. Only Chia seed is not helpful for weight loss. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening.

Yes ,chia seeds helps in weight loss.you can take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds soaked with 1 glass of water .soak it overnight and take it in the morning everyday . Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you .

Daily 2 tsp chia seed recommend add with coconut water or lemon water or plain water.but not only use chia seeds in weight loss eat high fiber diet add more fruits vegetables avoid sugar avoid outside food drink plenty of water and start Exercise regularly.

Hello, Use one tsp chia seed in warm water everyday and this helps in weight loss. But this not the only solution for weight loss

1 tsp chia seeds daily early morning . But alone chia seeds will not help.

Hi You can take 2 table spoon of Chia Seeds in a day. Chia seeds is really healthy rich in iron , calcium and fiber and Omega 3 fats. They may help you in weight loss. But I wanna mention no 1 food helps you in weight loss, you need to eat unlimited calories with the balance healthy diet and a good activity regime which will help you in loosing weight. You can take chia seeds  in milk or curd or water or you can put on your salad also.
