I have no idea what is Namira weight gain Churan is. More than weight look at your energy levels mood digestion and bowel movements of that’s ok and you are slightly under weight it’s actually fine. If you are loosing weight rapidly get blood tests done and get a consultation. Increase portion size protein and little carbs instead of having any churan

It is quite normal to lose some weight after delivery; however, it is important to understand whether the weight loss is primarily from muscle or fat. I would recommend getting a Body Composition Analysis (BCA) done to assess your muscle mass, fat mass, and overall body composition. At this stage, the focus should not be just on weight loss, but on adequately nourishing and strengthening your body during the postpartum period. Before suggesting any specific dietary changes, I would like to understand a few things: What was your pre-pregnancy weight? How much weight did you gain during pregnancy? What is your current weight? For detailed guidance and personalised support, I would recommend booking an online consultation with me. We can review your nutritional needs, body composition, and postpartum recovery in detail and plan accordingly. Take care and stay well

Losing weight after delivery is common, but going thin enough to worry you is worth checking rather than just adding a supplement. I can't recommend Namira churna since I don't know its ingredients or breastfeeding safety.
Next Steps
Please see your gynaecologist with your current weight, diet, and a basic blood test including thyroid and haemoglobin.
Health Tips
Any weight-gain product taken while breastfeeding should be cleared by your doctor first, not started on your own.

not start Namria/any herbal weight-gain churn without checking its ingredients . for healthy weight gain: * 3 main meals + 2–3 nutritious snacks. * Add calorie-dense foods: milk/curd, paneer, dal, khichdi, nuts, seeds, peanut/almond butter, ghee, avocado. * Include protein at every meal: dal/pulses, paneer/curd, eggs/chicken/fish as preferred. * 1–2 nourishing shakes/day: milk + banana + dates + nuts or milk + oats + peanut butter. * Drink plenty of water; keep fluids available during breastfeeding. * Avoid aggressive dieting or fasting during lactation.

It’s important to assess your current weight, BMI and body composition before recommending any weight-gain supplement. I would not recommend taking Namira Weight Gain Churna or any herbal weight-gain product without checking its ingredients and suitability during breastfeeding, especially since you are still breastfeeding, even if only 10% of your baby’s feeds are breast milk. Instead, we can focus on a nutrient- and calorie-dense diet with adequate protein, healthy fats and essential micronutrients to support healthy weight gain and postpartum recovery. If needed, a breastfeeding-compatible nutritional supplement can also be considered based on your dietary intake.
Next Steps
Please share your current weight, height, pre-pregnancy weight, delivery date and any recent blood reports (especially Hb, Vitamin D, B12 and thyroid profile) so I can guide you more appropriately.
