Health Tips
It’s a journey, not a race.
Small, consistent lifestyle changes done with patience will give sustainable results.
If you are at 120 kg and your goal is to get 60. You need to have sustained weight loss over a considerable period of time.
No one magic pill will work. You will have to devote time to movement. Pls do atleast 5-10k steps every single day. Do not sit at one place for more than 30 mins.
With respect to food, continue whole grains but reduce the quantity of carbs like roti to 1 and rice to not more than 100g cooked portion. Increase your protein intake - low fat paneer, low fat curd, tofu, lentils, legumes etc.
include. Lot of fresh fruits and vegetable - let that be one meal of your day.
Hydrate a lot.
Practice intermittent fasting/ time restricted eating.
You need to be consistent and motivated in this journey. You can book a consult with me and I can help you out
Your symptoms suggest metabolic adaptation due to chronic under-fueling, not a lack of effort.
Very low calories, long work hours, poor sleep, and irregular meals can lead to:
Slowed metabolism
Hormonal imbalance (insulin, cortisol, thyroid conversion)
Fatigue, poor recovery, and weight plateau
Reduced fat loss despite eating “clean”
Skipping meals, relying on fruits/biscuits, and minimal protein further worsens this.
To move from 72 kg → 60 kg sustainably, the focus should be on: ✔ Adequate calories (not starvation)
✔ Protein + fibre at every meal
✔ Metabolism-supportive meal timing
✔ Sleep and stress correction
✔ Individualised calorie cycling
Weight loss will resume only when the body feels safe—not deprived.
