Weight loss may be done by reducing calories or reduced food intake, when you resume your normal diet you might gain weight it's quite normal, you have to take nutritive diet with all the nutrition togather, even after resuming your normal food habit, you will not be gaining a single KG in that method. For weight reduction you need to follow Balance diet which is low in calories, high fiber, moderate protein and low fat. You should do lifestyle modifications simple simple changes , good sleep, stress management, yoga.
