A weight loss of 10 kgs in a month is not a realistic goal, it can't be achieved. Even if some unprofessional person claims and make you reduce that amount of weight your life will be troublesome later, all the nasty diseases will cover you with nutrient deficiencies.
Kindly set a realistic goal. A healthy weight loss goal should be between 0.5kg to 1 kg in a week, 2-4 kgs of weight loss in a month is achievable. It will take you 3 months of determination to reduce 10kgs of weight.
