How to consume chia seeds
Hlo sir/mam, Is it necessary to chew chia seeds before swallowing .? Die to it's jelly like texture I'm unable to chew the whole seeds?

Helloooo no need to swallow it you can gulp Down also. but it must be soaked.

Hi The right form of having chia is... Chia seeds to be put/ soaked in a glass of 250 ml water..and leave it for about 10 to 15 mins...and then you can have the seeds along with the water...if taken likewise the nutrients of chia seeds are better absorbed and assimilated...well by the bodies.. Otherwise you can ground them to powder and use it in smoothies, on fruits..in soups etc..and consume.. Dosage:  Can take half a teaspoon to one full teaspoon..  Need not take of consume daily..can be taken once after two days.. Thankyou

Chia seeds have to be soaked overnight. You can gulp down with water. They are good source of omega 3 and fiber.

Chia seeds  are good sources  of omega  3 fatty acids,the quantity to be consumed  per day is 5 to 10gm or 1 to 2 tsp only ,it is best absorbed  only soaked in water and can be added  to Buttermilk  and consumed  as a mid morning  beverage  around 10.30 to 11.00.noon
