I am doing seed cycling and my periods are regular now ...also my period cycle is about 31 days so how should I seed cycle ?? First 14 days i ma consuming flax and pumpkin and rest I am consuming sunflower and sesame seeds till I get periods is that right?or should I make any changes since my periods are 31 days cycle
