Food items for Bones & Muscles strength

Hi, I am a 29 years old female, I weigh 55 kgs and my height is 5.5. I suffer from lower back ache occasionally. I have no other history of any disease. I just joined a Yoga therapy class specially meant to relieve back pain and on my second day I felt my body shiver and slight dizziness in my head. The instructor was teaching basic Yoga poses, nothing difficult. I guess I felt this way because of less stamina as a result of weak bones & muscles. Please suggest food items which I can consume daily to increase my stamina. I am a non-vegetarian and therefore non-vegetarian food suggestions are also welcome. Thanks in advance

Dry fruits consumption

Im 23yrs old, weighing 50 kgs. I am an IT professional. Im having 5-6 dates, 4-5 almonds in the morning and evening also I have started having walnuts(2per day) and 250ml lactose free milk in the evening. I have restricted my food for lunch.. Fat distribution in my body is improper as I can see I have extra belly, thick thighs and calf muscles..My arms are more thicker. I dont see myself properly structured.. So I am following above diet.. I eat junk very rarely..also restaurant food every week. I eat 3chapatis for lunch with a veg curry. I have back pain, and neck pain.. also i have pain in my shin bone.. occasionally.. I exercise on weekends.. and daily walk for 1-2kms.. I sleep for 6hrs/day. Please guide me, how can I make changes in my diet and routine to ensure proper fat distribution.. **I have dental caries and i had sinusitis a year ago for 2 years.
