You can take brown rice. Take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat

Brown rice u can take but ur main target is reducing wt so avoid eating rice. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Both rice are good but brown rice is better. To reduce weight have small and frequent meals, never skip breakfast, have a heavy breakfast, drink more water, have more vegetables, exercise regularly. You can consult me online for further information or a personalised diet chart for pcod.

You have to make a healthy routine first. You have to avoid sugar completely, roots vegetables, pickles and papad, tomato gravies ,ketchups . Use skimmed milk and its products (300) ml daily Cuts and paneer made up from the tonnes milk Use fruits and salad when you feel hungry 5 soaked almond and 2 walnuts before 11 am daily Use olive oil , mustard oils, safola, sunflower oil etc.
