Weight/muscle gain
He plays a lot of sports- almost daily. More of football. He has a lean body but lots of stamina. I feel he needs more muscles to have powerful kicks in the game. He usually is frustrated due to this. I'm giving him Proteinex- 1 spoon a day. He is a good eater- usually healthy food. Can I do some other change in his diet for weight/muscle gain? Thank u

Increased protein and carbohydrates in your diet. Add protein rich products like milk and it’s products, cottage cheese, quinoa, oats, barley, bajra , non veg, paneer, soyabean etc Add sweets and it’s products after having the lunch and dinner,add protein rich milk shakes and smoothies in your diet.

Include high protein food like egg white, lean milk and milk products, 2 serving of pulses in day and fish. Maintain 2-3 hrs meal gap don’t skip meal. As you are aware muscle mass is made basically of proteins, you are doing the right thing of giving proteinex powder. I suggest you include foods containing good quality protein like eggs, lean chicken, fish, low fat dairy, legumes. Also add some nuts and seeds. Please remember that for effective utilisation of proteins adequate amounts of the right carbs should be included like whole grains, whole fruits and vegetables.
