Gain muscle and weight without belly
Hi.I was 70 kgs in lockdown and with too much exercise and dieting i am not 46 kg.I have lost weight but also became underweight slightly .How can i gain healthy weight like 50-52 kgs without extra belly fat.I want mass in my body but not stubborn belly fat.Also my period come late now can the reason be being underweight? How can i gain a little weight but not fat in the stomach. Also i workout,do strength training and 10 min cardio 4-5 days a week.Also how will my normal periods come without being late as befor it was normal but now it comes 5-6 days late every cycle
