There was a sudden and rapid increase in my weight in 2 months after my marriage. I rose from 75kgs to 85kgs Although I didn't exercise and had heavy food occasionally this kind of weight gain isn't usual for me. My belly is huge.
My daily routine:- wake up between 6-8, breakfast - muesli/toast/chapati/poha/upma, lunch & dinner - rice/chapati with Curry. Fruits after meal. I'll go to sleep after 12.
Medical history :- Diagnosed with PCOS in teenage. But after May 2016, my periods were normal for almost a year, during which time my weight dropped suddenly from 82 kgs to 70/72 kgs (in 2-4 months), with minimal exercise and no diet.
I was also recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel subsequently caused due to
vitamin B12 (please correct me if I'm wrong). So I started to eat more meat.
Changes in food in past 2-3 months :- increased intake of milk, eggs and meat (chicken and mutton). Frequently eating ghee rich foods (twice in a week).
Is this normal? Please advise on how to tackle this.
