I gained over 10 kgs in 2 months
There was a sudden and rapid increase in my weight in 2 months after my marriage. I rose from 75kgs to 85kgs Although I didn't exercise and had heavy food occasionally this kind of weight gain isn't usual for me. My belly is huge. My daily routine:- wake up between 6-8, breakfast - muesli/toast/chapati/poha/upma, lunch & dinner - rice/chapati with Curry. Fruits after meal. I'll go to sleep after 12. Medical history :- Diagnosed with PCOS in teenage. But after May 2016, my periods were normal for almost a year, during which time my weight dropped suddenly from 82 kgs to 70/72 kgs (in 2-4 months), with minimal exercise and no diet. I was also recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel subsequently caused due to vitamin B12 (please correct me if I'm wrong). So I started to eat more meat. Changes in food in past 2-3 months :- increased intake of milk, eggs and meat (chicken and mutton). Frequently eating ghee rich foods (twice in a week). Is this normal? Please advise on how to tackle this.

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
