If you’re experiencing rapid weight gain, it’s crucial to consult a doctor to rule out underlying medical conditions and discuss potential medication side effects, and focus on a balanced diet, regular exercise, stress management and adequate sleep 1. -If you have experienced weight gain after steroid use, it is important to get tests such as blood glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver and kidney function, thyroid function, and a complete blood count, but a proper consultation with your healthcare professional will give you an idea about which tests are most suitable for you. -Dietary guidelines I recommend include focusing on balanced meals with plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats, while limiting processed foods, sugars, and salt to help manage weight and reduce fluid retention. -Eating smaller, regular meals and staying hydrated can help control appetite and support metabolism. -Regular physical activity for at least 30 minutes in form of brisk walking, gym or any sport five times a week for better results.

Hii before prescribing any tests I need to know the reason why you took steroids medicine and is it now completed stopped or you are still taking them. You can consult for proper assessment as only test names won't resolve the issue.
