Since i m 31 years old women and my bmi is 17 it's underweight and my weight is not gaining eating everything but not getting any results if I gain just 1 or 2 kg also if I get cold or something I lose it very fast and now m trying to concieve for pragnancy so want to keep healthy bmi level so what should I do I take healthy diet foods bt still not gaining help
