Lean body and underweight BMI
I'm 21 years old still very lean from my childhood my weight is 56kgs only, even after many diet plans and working out nothing changed. I want to gain muscles and increase my weight. Is there any medicines for that?

I will suggest you to work on your daily protein intake. You have to take protein 1gm/kg of your body weight. Protein will help in muscle development. Include protein with each of your major meals like breakfast, lunch, dinner. Post workout have protein rich drink. With your breakfast have almond butter or peanut butter. Include nuts seeds powder form with milk or shakes, porridges. Green peas, spinach, Brussel sprouts, sattu, broccoli, sprouts, chickpeas all are rich source of protein. Possibility is more, in 4 to 6 month will increase more than 3 to 5kg weight without any havey supplement or medication.but need to follow proper diet charts,exercise and few modifications as per your physical Annalise.
