I'm very lean and skinny,underweight
Now I'm 23 years old,since my 15 years of age I was not gaining weight and my appetite is very low.I never feel to eat properly.I was chubby in my childhood but now my weight is just 39 like that! I need to gain weight ND become healthy.Im getting mentally depressed regarding this problem in my life.. I don't have any allergies or any disorders. My mom and dad are physically fit and strong even my relatives too Except me, I'm not at gaining weight even if I eat.. If I eat also I won't put up the exact weight.. Finally I'm UNDERWEIGHT ..I don't like 23 years Girl and I look like 18years girl. Please do suggest me any medicines to become fat and strong.. I'm eating banana and milk and rice mostly I will eat.. But still I'm not putting my weight. Please help me to put on my weight I'll be much thankfull.. Thank you.

Hello, Losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
