Lean pcos and underweight
I have lean pcos and I am underweight (height -5'4" weight -45kg)... I have attached my reports... Can anyone help me with the diet to gain weight

Just take a balanced diet includes all the macro and micro nutrients in that. Take 2-3 litres of water in a day. Take healthy  oils like ghee and olive oil.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. For PCOS specifically limit milk and milk products. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
